Experience Thai culture and the mahout life. If one day with our elephants is not enough, you can consider staying longer! Stay overnight in our traditional Thai style cottages by the river and the mountains. Our cottages are equipped with a bathroom and shower (hot shower), mosquito nets and a comfortable terrace for relaxing. Wake up to the sounds of wildlife and unwind in an oasis of nature.

Getting to Kanchanaburi from Bangkok by public transportation: 

Buses leave from Bangkok´s Sai Tai bus terminal, driving time around 3 hours 

Transportation the meeting point Kanchanaburi bus station. ( In front of 7 eleven Kanchanaburi bus station )

Day 1 Program:

07:00 am  Pick up from hotel in Bangkok please wait in the lobby. Depart to Kanchanaburi province (128 km. to the west of Bangkok) 

09:30 am  Arrival at Elephants World Sanctuary Park Kanchanaburi.

• Meet and feed the elephants.

• Observe the elephants bathing.

• Clean fruit/vegetables, prepare

• Cook sticky rice for our old elephants.

• Buffet lunch 

• Gathering / planting food for theelephants. e.g banana trees / sugarcane / bana grass or prepare fruit baskets for the afternoon.

• Feed sticky rice balls to the oldelephants.

• Mud spa for elephants

• Take the elephants to the river for a bath / scrub them clean.

• Feed fruits and vegetables to the elephants

(Stay one night in Elephants World comfortable cottages and enjoy the sounds of nature and wildlife.) 

Day 2 program :

1. Pick up the elephants in the forest

In wet season our elephants sleep and eat in the forest. Staying overnight will allow you to walk the elephants out into the forest at the end of the day with the mahouts and get up early the next day to bring them back in before the day’s activities begin. In dry season you can take a walk with the elephants in the morning.

2. Hiking to the top of a mountain

Follow one of the mahouts to the top of the mountain. Everybody can climb these mountains and enjoy the view and look to the other side. It is 100 Baht per person and this is a tip for our mahout that you can give to him by yourself.

3. Wash an elephant

Together with the other overnight visitors, in the morning, you will take one elephant to the riwer to wash him/her.

4. Rafting in the river Kwai

We provide you with a life jacket. You can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings as you float back to ElephantsWorld.

15:00 pm  Depart for Elephants World head back to Bangkok

18:00-18:30 pm  Arrive to Bangkok, depend on traffic.
